As we step into this new week, we also enter a fast-free week, a special time given to us to enjoy with gratitude before the start of Great Lent. It’s a wonderful reminder to approach our studies, work, and time together with joy and appreciation

Upcoming Events:

Presidents Day No Classes

No Classes on Monday, February 17th, in observance of Presidents' Day.

For this upcoming week:

Greek Classes

  • Older students are progressing in Modern Greek fluency, while all students from Kindergarten to 6th grade are learning about fruits and vegetables.

  • We continue working through the Geia Hara series, focusing on reading comprehension, grammar, dialogues, listening, and writing.

Math Classes

  • 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th graders are solving Kangaroo Contest problems to prepare for the March competition.

  • 6th and 8th graders are practicing Math League problems to get ready for their competition on February 25th.

  • 4th & 5th graders will continue analyzing bar charts.

  • 6th graders will study quadrilaterals.

  • 7th graders will refine their word problem-solving skills.

  • 8th graders are mastering graphical and algebraic solutions of equations.
